- Please register at the reception .
- Photography or video recording is not allowed within the center area.
- Sanitize your hands before and after your visit.
- Speak softly to avoid disturbing other animals.
- Surgery or any other medical procedure will not be open to the public.
- Depending on the animal's condition, the healthcare provider may terminate or deny visits at any time.
- Do not bring other animals into the inpatient unit.
- Please restrain and manage your own pets and do not disturb others.
- Do not enter areas marked "Authorized Personnel Only" within the Medical Center grounds.
- The owner should only inquire about the condition from the attending doctor to avoid confusing information from other doctors or assistants on duty.
- Please keep personal belongings, such as: pet bags, cages, toys, etc. The center will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items.
